Peter Barschdorff

Peter Barschdorff is Vice President, Business Insights, responsible for Primary Market Research, Advanced Analytics, Commercial Reporting at Bayer (U.S. Pharma). He also serves as Chairman of Bayer’s U.S. Market Insights Council and is a member of the U.S. Pharma Leadership Team.

In prior roles at Bayer, Peter built a 35-FTE strong in-house consulting team, and, more recently, served as the company’s global Chief Complexity Reduction Officer. In earlier stages of his career, he was a management consultant, i.a., at Deloitte Consulting and at Capgemini Consulting, as well as a defense researcher at NATO’s Parliamentary Assembly in Brussels (Belgium).

Peter received his Ph.D. from the Free University in Berlin (Germany), and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
